With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Holley of Muncie, Indiana, born in Portland, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 25, 2024 at the age of 84. Though Robert may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Holley and Lelia Holley (Stoner); and his brother Eldon Holley. He is survived by: his caregiver Paulette Hutchison; his daughters, Kecia Sadler and Kristi Kearney; his stepchildren, Cristeena Collins and Jason Wright; and his cousin Sandy Lay (Jerry). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Williamson, Spencer and Penrod Funeral Homes - Portland Chapel (208 N Commerce St, Portland, IN 47371). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
