Robert touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his wife Maxine; and his brother Charles. He is survived by: his children, Judy Myers, Gary Foltz (Maryann), Bruce Foltz (Toni) and Kim Foltz; his grandchildren, Heather Phillips (Adam), Brett Foltz (Mindy), Brittany Cabrera (Miggy), Hannah Ashton (Tim), Hillary Rhodes (Kevin) and Haley Sutton (Kyle); his great grandchildren, Spencer Phillips, Baylie, Brayden, Brody, Briahanna Foltz, Madelyn Cabrera, Reagan, Lincoln, Elliot, Emerson Ashton, Jack, Amelia, Zara Rhodes, Hazel, Hattie and Harper Sutton; and his sister Barbara Slusher. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
