Phyllis A. Kappes Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Phyllis A. Kappes of Muncie, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 13, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM and on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM. A prayer was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Garden View Funeral Home (10501 IN-3, Muncie, IN 47303). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Memory Cemetery (10703 IN-3, Muncie, IN 47303).
In lieu of flowers the family suggests a donation to the Higgins Nelson Robold Kappes Mathematics Scholarship (fund #5552) at Ball State University.
