He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan L. Strouse and Alverna A. Strouse (Coats). He is survived by: his daughters, Kelli Wise of St. Petersburg, FL and Kacey Hart (Nick) of Louisville, KY; his grandchildren, A. J. Wise and Kylee Moore; his siblings, Deb Watson (Elige) of Muncie, Mary Lay (Arnold) of Selma and Aaron Strouse (Debbie Smith) of Muncie; his half-sister Yvette White of Ohio; his aunts, Lenora Strouse of Muncie and Sally Coats of Desoto; and his nephews, Mark, Michael, Chris and Andrew.
