He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ralph, Walter, Bill, Cordele and Wilma Jean Burke.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Lynn Burke; his children, Scott Burke (Hanna), Steve Sneed (Josh), De'Quan Blackmon, De'Aundre Twilley, Carla Sneed and Christy Sneed; his grandchildren, Madeline, Kylar, De'Ava, De'Arra, Seth, Eli, Luke, Marcellous, Draycen, Amonte, Quan'Dray and River; his brothers, Bob Burke (Bonnie) and Fred Burke (Louise); his sister-in-law Candy Pfeffer (Frank); his niece Mary Crosby; and his close friends, Leonard Tucker, Billie Tucker and Alexus Wright. He is also survived by several other nephews and nieces.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Meeks Mortuary and Crematory - Washington St. Chapel (415 E Washington St, Muncie, IN 47305). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
