He was predeceased by: his parents, Garland Duncan and Ruth Duncan (Woods); his wife Judith Duncan; his son Larry Duncan, Jr.; and his sister Willa Mae Roland.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Dupuis (Johnathan), Delana Ulmer (Jasen), Vicky Duncan and Candace Lafever; and his close friends, Patsy Wildman and Bill Stephens. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren, 8 siblings, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Elm Ridge Funeral Home (4600 W Kilgore Ave, Muncie, IN 47304). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
