He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Heinen and June Heinen; and his brother James Heinen. He is survived by: his wife Joann; his son David (Karla); his grandchildren, Justine and Bryce; his son Eric (Kathy); his grandsons, Sammy and Charlie; and his sister-in-law Sandra Ondishko.

In lieu of flowers the family ask that contributions in Ken's name be made to St. Francis Newman Center or to a charity of your choice.
