She is survived by: her children, Otis Paul Fouch of Muncie, IN and Paula Wright (Jerry); and her siblings, Earl Houk of Tulsa, OK, Caroline Houk of Winchester, IN, Claudia Garrett of Winchester, IN and Nola Runk of Ohio.
