With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John C. Gill of Muncie, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 11, 2025 at the age of 79. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rollin Gill and Madonna Gill (Hobbick); and his siblings, Jerry Gill, Phyllis Crowe, Shirley Goad and Jim Gilll.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Gill; his children, Jon Gill (Amy), Sharon Heritage, Rhonda Gates and Cynthia Conner (Tim); his grandchildren, Trisha Tilley (Brock), Lacey Lewis, Casey Conner (Autumn), Declan Gill, Regan Gill and Brandon Lewis; his great grandchildren, Jayden, Kaitlyn, Camden, Braxton, Ethan and Ellie; and his sisters-in-law, Linda Gill and Lois Coulson (Joe). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Parson Mortuary (801 W Adams St, Muncie, IN 47305). A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
