He was predeceased by: his father Harold Mader. He is survived by: his mother Marguerite "Maggie" Leach Mader; his sisters, Elizabeth Daulton (Mark) and Anastasia Atkinson; his nephews, Tyler Daulton, Jacob Daulton (Lauren), Jonathan Atkinson (Kimberly) and Andrew Atkinson; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Oliver Atkinson, Elliot Daulton, Emilia, Madilyn Atkinson and Hadley Daulton; and his aunts and uncles, Bob Leach, Tim Leach (Jenny), Theresa Fox (Joe), Mary Goul (Pat), Mary Mader and Rosalie Petro (Phil).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Meeks Mortuary and Crematory - Washington St. Chapel (415 E Washington St, Muncie, IN 47305). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
