Though Dorothy Mae may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Dorothy Mae leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Williams and Volena Blanche Williams; and her sister Barbara J. Ridenour. She is survived by: her son Edward Alan Ashby (Kathy); and her granddaughters, Kasi M. Everett (Matt) and Kathy E. Ashby. She is also survived by four great grandchildren and many beloved nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church (900 W White River Blvd, Muncie, IN 47303). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Sunset Memory Gardens Cemetery (2097 W Alto Rd, Kokomo, IN 46902).
Memorial donations can be made in Dorothy's honor to Saint Jude Hospital for Children or the Wounded Warrior Program.
