He is survived by: his wife Wilma McCoy (Green); his children, Rex McCoy (Jessica) and Deanna Haughn (Jeffery); his siblings, Gerald McCoy (Ginger), Michael McCoy (Debbie), Doris Westerman (David) and Teresa Kennedy (Michael); his grandchildren, Ashley Paradis (Travis), Jordan McCoy, Kriston Hunt (Winsor Barnes), Jeff McCoy, James Hunt, Sarah Haughn, Jordan Butler (Kaycie), Jacob Butler (Katelyn) and Trace Edwards; and his great grandchildren, Allen Callahan, Lina'e Grinstead, Andrew Huddleston, Colton Barnes, Hunter Barnes, Shane Edwards, Hunter Edwards, Olivia Butler and Ella Butler. He is also survived by several aunt, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and in-laws.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Garden View Funeral Home (10501 IN-3, Muncie, IN 47303). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
