He is survived by: his wife Linda Lee; his children, Gene Hale and Tammy Garrett; his grandchildren, Justin Hornback and Megan Powell; and his great grandchildren, Justin Hornback Jr., Alayna Hornback and Raelynn Powell. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
