He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elmer Conley and Velma Conley (Harmon).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Elm Ridge Funeral Home (4600 W Kilgore Ave, Muncie, IN 47304). The military honors will be held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Elm Ridge Memorial Park (4600 W Kilgore Ave, Muncie, IN 47304).
