She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Stephen Warford and Clara Katherine Shreves (Knox); her stepfather Theodore Shreves; her brother Stephen Warford; her siblings-in-law, Delray Sherfy and Janice Sherfy; and her granddaughter Kylie Cooksey.
She is survived by: her husband James Lee Sherfy of Muncie, Indiana.; her daughters, Nancy Cooksey (Rex) of Muncie and Catherine Cooper (Wayne Brookes) of Columbus, Indiana.; her grandchildren, Kimberley Wright (Tyler) of Louisville, Cory Cooper (Jasmine) of Columbus, Christopher Cooper of Indianapolis, Vanessa Brookes of Columbus and Jackson Brookes of Columbus, Indiana.; her great grandchildren, Branson Dalton of Muncie, Bryant Dalton of Muncie, Gabriella Cooksey of Muncie and Derek Cooper of Columbus, Indiana.; her sisters, Nancy Dutton of Port Charlotte and Ollie Jo Smith of Muncie, Indiana.; and her brothers-in-law, Gene Sherfy (Janie) of Muncie, Jack Sherfy of San Diego and Frank Sherfy (Linda) of Oracle, Arizona.. She is also survived by many cousins, Nieces, Nephews.
