He was predeceased by: his parents, Henery Randolph and Mary M. Randolph; his daughters, Mary Elizabeth Randolph of Muncie and Missy Randolph; and his siblings, Buck Randolph and Margie Hill.
He is survived by: his children, Catrena D. Gourley (Daniel) of Monrovia and Charles Randolph, Jr. of Muncie; his sister Teresa; and his close friend Betty J. Roberts of Muncie. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
