She was predeceased by: her parents, Austin Kirklin and Shirley Kirklin; and her brother Jerry Kirklin. She is survived by: her children, Ryan Coon (Lindsay) and Jami Soultz; and her grandsons, Jegan Soultz, Alex, Parker, Riley Coon, Tyler and Carter Gross.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to ARF (Animal Rescue Fund in Muncie), as Cathy adored her cat, Mosley.
