He was predeceased by : his parents, Marilyn J. Parks (McKinley) and Mark Parks; his grandparents, Theadus and Charles McKinley; and his close friend Jason Sadler.

He is survived by : his wife Cathy Parks (Skinner); his daughter LaTasha Laurann Parks "Scooter Bug" (Jason Rawley); his grandchildren, Izayah Bradlee Stader, Adalayah Dawn Marie Shreves and Ellie Renee Rawley; his daughter Cheyanne Cook (Race Ewing); his brother Michael Parks (James); his parents-in-law, Gary and Sherry Skinner; his uncle Marshall; and his aunt Judy McKinley. He is also survived by many extended family, dear friends and co-workers.
