Billy J. Rigney Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy J. Rigney of Muncie, Indiana, who passed away on December 14, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Rigney and Jessie Rigney (Doss); and his brother Gene Rigney. He is survived by: his wife Connie Rigney; his children, Bobby Rigney and Cathy Young (Billy); his grandchildren, Amber Kiger (Ryan), Tyler Rigney (Rachel) and Brooke Young; his great grandchildren, Alexis Kiger, Ryan Kiger, Jordan Kiger, Lyric Traylor, Brixton Rigney and Jersi Rigney; and his siblings, Phyllis Denney (Dan), Forrest Rigney (Linda), Debbie Bell and Ronnie Rigney (Sherri). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Parson Mortuary (801 W Adams St, Muncie, IN 47305). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
