We are sad to announce that on June 8, 2024, at the age of 79, Bill Arthur Claflin of Muncie, Indiana, born in Saint Marys, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Bill Arthur Claflin to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Billy A. Claflin and Treva Claflin of St. Mary's; and his pet Pepper. He is survived by : his wife Bonnie S. Claflin; his children, Heather M. Claflin, Joseph H. (Renee) and Michael D. Rooney (Kristy); his grandchildren, Anthony Rooney (Tina), Erica Barink (Luuk), Matthew Rooney (Brooke) and Kierstyn Rooney; and his great grandchildren, Phoenix, Sullivan, Parker and Marley.

A memorial service was held on Friday, June 14th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and at 1:00 PM at the Parson Mortuary (801 W Adams St, Muncie, IN 47305).
