She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Francis Stout and Martha Stout; her husband Leroy Rhea, II (Lee); her close friend Barbara; and her brothers, William and Thomas Stout.
She is survived by: her children, Angela Teresa (Todd) of Pendleton, IN, Lee Rhea (Ame) and Gene Rhea (Sarah) of Durham, NC; her grandchildren, Helena, Patrick, AnaMae, Isaac, Maddox and Brady; and her sisters, Catherine Bianco (Albert) and Mary Alice Stout. She is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews, and a vast network of extended family.
