She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Slade and Aletha Slade (Arnold); and her siblings, Melvin, Larry, Louis, David, Raymond Slade and Barbara Gould.
She is survived by: her sisters, Laura Poole and Virgina Montaque (John).
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pentecostal Church of God (3616 S 9th St, Lafayette, IN 47909). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Lafayette Pentecostal Church of God (3616 S 9th St, Lafayette, IN 47909).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Saint Jude's Children's Hospital.
