She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Nelson and Henrietta Nelson; her husband Barry Elkin; and her brother Robert. She is survived by: her children, Leslie (Stephanie) of Dumfries, VA, Bradley of Albuquerque, NM and Debra Marley (Bradley) of West Lafayette, IN; her brother Keith Nelson (Johanna) of Naperville, IL; and her grandchildren, Kathryn Bates (Christopher) of Rhome, TX, Alexandra Sailer (Alex) of Bluffton, SC, Benjamin Elkin of Richmond, VA, Abigail White (Spencer) of Lafayette, IN, Paige Elkin of West Lafayette, IN, Meredith Marley of Westfield, IN and Matthew Marley of Indianapolis, IN. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
