He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward Foster and Christine Foster; his sister Linda Kent; his wife Beth; his sons, Kevin (Tanya), Kelly (Sherry) and Tim McElfresh; and his grandchildren, Amie Hood (Barry), Curtis (Erin), Jordan (Sable), Kendra, Aleda, Kiley and Cara-Faith Francis (Joey).
