She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Fultz and Vina Fultz (Massengill); her siblings, Earl, Marshall, Dolly, Lula, Allie, Minnie and Jeanette; and her sister-in-law Carrie Fultz.
She is survived by: her spouse William L. Chumley; her children, Gary Chumley (Paula) of Mulberry and Sue Wilson (Jim) of Monticello; and her grandchildren, Melissa Davis (James), Mendy S. Helmrick (Mark), Molly Dowell (Josh), Neal Lewis Chumley, Jack Chumley and Gary Lee Chumley.
Memorials in Pauline's name may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
