She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Newton and Dorothy Newton (Buck); her husband Harold Neal; and her siblings, Wanda McCabe, Cliff Newton and Nancy Brand.
She is survived by: her children, Marjorie Stein, Gerry Neal (Annette), Penny Ramsey (Bob) and Mark Neal (Aimee); and her grandchildren, A. J. Metzger (Tonya), Jerod Metzger (Tracy), Jason Neal (Maria), Julie Poffenbarger (Mike), Robert Neal (Kailey), Angela Archibald (Josh), Eric Ramsey (Ashley), Josh Neal, Katherine Neal, Sydnie Daughtery, Josh Daughtery and Ciera Yoder. She is also survived by 24 great grandchildren.
