David, Donna Allyn and Brenda Phillips; his parents-in-law, Michael and Michaelle Chamberlain; his sister-in-law MaLeah Young (Robert); his niece Haven Young; his nephew Ryker Young; his aunts and uncles, Mike, Donna Allyn, Jennifer Allyn, Melissa Welch and David Eric Hazelip; and his cousins, Bradley Welch (Ashlee), Dylan Welch (Amber), Jeremy Hazelip (Elizebeth), Louis, Lindsey and Lacey Allyn.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Knox and Rhett Allyn at any Heritage Federal Credit Union in memory of Zack.
