He was predeceased by: his siblings, Catherine Bauer and Oscar Merrell Duncan, Jr.; his father-in-law James "Pete" Ashworth; and his sister-in-law Cheryl Morlock. He is survived by: his grandson Hilton Head; his wife Rae Duncan (Ashworth); his daughter Krista Culley (Jim); his grandchildren, Taylor, Logan and Zachary Culley; his siblings, Naomi Schneck (Don), Joanna Spencer and Jeff Duncan (Helen); his mother-in-law Wanda Ashworth; his niece Shelly Morlock; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Peyton and Reaghan Nelson.
