He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jerald L. Topper, Leland Topper and Lois Lee Huffman. He is survived by: his wife June Topper (Kapperman); his sons, Bryan L. Topper and Keith Topper (Anne); his grandchildren, Amanda, Adam Topper and Aaron Topper (Ashley); and his sisters, JoAnn Reeves (Albert), Gail Oeth (Norman), Janet Smith (Robert), Sue Cloum and Yvonne Winstead. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
