He was predeceased by: his father Carlos Frisby; and his father-in-law Jack Martin. He is survived by: his mother Marsha Frisby (Smith); his wife Laura; his children, Lacey Breeze (Ricy) and Michael Bolin (Jessica Pace); his grandchildren, Aidyn, Hadley and Presley Breeze; his mother-in-law Dianna Martin; his brothers, Todd Hartwick (Desiree) and Carlos R. Frisby (Sonja); his sisters-in-law, Mindy Foote (Darin) and Shawna Groenwoldt (Eddie); his nieces and nephews, Jessica, Alyssa, Courtney, Haley, Madilyn, Phillip, Trevor, Gavin, Brady, Zach and Trevin; his aunts, Jody Call (Don), Janice Herriges, Dottie Funkhouser (Carrol) and Janice Fugate (Bob); and his uncle Clifton Frisby.
