He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Eugene and Mora Burris (Aldrich); his brother-in-law Tom Collins; and his cousin Kathy Culley. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Burris (Collins); his siblings-in-law, Bill Collins (Wendy), Jim Collins (Jeryl) and Juli Collins; his nieces and nephews, Geoff Collins (Crystal), Julie Jackson (Neil), Jenny Alger (Ryan), Erica Timmons (Mike), Logan Collins (Amanda), Bryan Collins and Jenna Korn; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Alex Boettcher (Jonathan), Mitchell Jackson, Damon Collins, Collin Jackson, Demi Collins, Ella, Abby Alger, Cooper Collins, Chase Timmons and Bristol Egan; his cousins, Paul Maurer (Judy), Tammy Weatherford (Mike), Savannah, Hadley Weatherford, Michael Burris (Grace), Kent Burris (Jenny), Nancy English (Jim) and Joyce Culley; and also, Braylen McElwain and Noah Boettcher. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews and numerous close friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. John's Episcopal Church.
