With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Sara Grabert of Mount Vernon, Indiana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her father Eugene Jr. Grabert; her grandparents, Eugene, Barbara Grabert, Jim and Carolyn Tinsley; her uncle Mike Tinsley; and her nephew Hank Barritt.
She is survived by: her mother Candie Grabert (Tinsley); her children, Macy Allen, Khloe Hyatt, Elly McCarty and Ryder Hyatt; her sister Missy Barritt (Chad); her niece Hadley Barritt; her nephews, Hudson, Noah and Travis Barritt; her great-nephew Nile Barritt; her aunts, Pam Mercer (Deke Vogel), Terri Kessler (Ray), Kris Phillips (Mike) and Donna Tinsley; and her uncle Roger Grabert (Tina).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Schneider Funeral Home (512 Main St, Mt Vernon, IN 47620). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at the Bellefontaine Cemetery (5500 Industrial Rd, Mt Vernon, IN 47620).
