The memory of Sandy Seitz of Mount Vernon, Indiana, who passed away on January 11, 2025 at the age of 85, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Winings and Mary Winings (Goodrich); her husband Robert; her children, Richard Seitz and Vicki Funk; and her siblings, Harold Winings and Judy Oathout.
She is survived by: her sons, Scott Seitz (Robin) and Darrin Seitz (Lisa); her grandchildren, Dustin Seitz (Janelle), Austyn Thomas (Ken), Matthew Seitz (Abi), Derek and Brandon Funk; and her brother Floyd Winings (Elsie). She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Schneider Funeral Home (512 Main St, Mt Vernon, IN 47620). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First Presbyterian Church, 120 E. 6th St., Mt. Vernon, IN or NEWLIFE Rescue & Adoption, 6500 Leonard Rd. N., Mt. Vernon, IN.
