He was predeceased by: his father Floyd Kohlmeyer. He is survived by: his son Cory Kohlmeyer; his grandson Sawyer Kohlmeyer; and his siblings, Mike Kohlmeyer (Lori), Bruce Kohlmeyer, Jeff Kohlmeyer and Barbara Deutsch (Larry). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
