He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Billman and Jamia Billman (Byrd); his wife Dorothy Billman (Renshaw); and his siblings, James Billman and Hazel Gass (Billman).
He is survived by: his children, Stan Billman (Diana) and Linda Dorff (Karl); his grandchildren, Matt Billman (Anitra), Gretchen Huff (Jason), Elizabeth Williams (Gary) and Casey Dorff (Elisabeth); and his siblings, Mary Lou Hancock, Neva Townsend, John Billman, Bonnie Irwin and Donnie Billman. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
