She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Virginia DeKemper and Richmound; her husband Francis "Bill" Stillwagoner; her daughter Susie Stillwagoner; her sister Debbie Bebout; her children, James "Billy" William Stillwagoner, Sr. (Tina) and Gina Walls (Matt); her grandchildren, Chris Davis (Jessica), Cody Davis (Roni), James William Stillwagoner, Jr. (Hailey), Ashley Walls and Tyler Walls; her great grandchildren, Kaiden, Brayden Stillwagoner, Cole Davis and Jayden Stillwagoner; her sister Martha Stratton (Richard); and her brother-in-law Freddie Bebout. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
