He was predeceased by: his parents, Thompson Lewis and Margaret Lewis (Keitel); his wife Barbara Lewis (Adrianson); his children, Larry Lewis, Susan Gunter and Bonnie Markham; his sons-in-law, Gordon Strader and Douglas Fieber; his siblings, Elwood, Walter, Roscoe Lewis and Margaret Duckworth; and his brother-in-law William "Bill" Kincheloe.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Lewis (Janie), David Lewis, Linda Fieber and Diana Strader; and his sister Florence Kincheloe. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
