She is survived by: her children, Susan Smiley (Greg), Chuck (Kathy), Rick (Phyllis) and Tommy; her grandchildren, Jamie, Jessica, Brian Katie, Jeff (Meggan), Sarah, Jordan, Stacey and Nathan; and her great grandchildren, Caleb, Cole, Kendra, Bella, Isaac, Christian, Vivienne, Maura, Landon, Olivia, Connor and Kendall. She is also survived by her four children.
