He was predeceased by: his father Wilburn Jackson; and his siblings, Venita Hanks and Darwin Jackson. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Jackson; his daughters, Susan Jackson Anderson (Evan) and Kimberly Jackson Nelson (Tom); his grandchildren, Vishuddha Jackson (Breanna), Jayleigh Flood (Connor), Victoria Nelson and Joshua Nelson; his great grandchildren, Luca, Ren and Narayan; and his siblings, Donna Fuelling, Rita McKinney and Thresa Deig. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. John's Episcopal Church in Mt. Vernon, IN, or a charity of choice.
