She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Welte and Maude Welte (Carroll); and her sister Edna Smith. She is survived by: her husband Robert Hartmann; her children, James Robert Hartmann (Mary), Carol Sue Irick (David) and Keith William Hartmann; her grandchildren, Sydney Marie Irick (CJ Johnson), Quincy Edward Irick (Alivia Schroeder), Zachary David Irick, Ashley Star Hartmann and Daniel Lee Hartmann; her great grandchild Rubie; and her siblings, Jack Welte (Barbara), Edward Welte, Viola Redman and Marteen Vann. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to the national health crisis, masks are required and social distancing should be observed.
