It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lora Schmitt of Mount Vernon, Indiana, born in Evansville, Indiana, who passed away on August 11, 2021, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Schmitt and Mary Ann Schmitt (Osban). She is survived by: her siblings, James "Rob" Schmitt, Jon "Rick" Schmitt and Holly Kaffenberger; her former husband Tim Gipe; her aunts, Dorothy Garrett and Sue Osban; and her uncle John "Buzzy". She is also survived by niece, nephews, and several cousins.
