She was predeceased by: her parents, Ida Butler and Arthur Butler; her former husband Edwin Lee Daws; her husband William "Pitts" Blackburn; her siblings, Eileen Alldredge and Naurice Butler; her children, Duane Daws and Melinda Summers; and her great grandchild Annie Rivers.
She is survived by: her children, Luonna Uhde (Stephen), Nancy Rivers (Thomas), Wayne Eddie Daws (Donna), Michael Summers and Melissa Summers; her grandchildren, Eric (Penny English), Elysia (Jason Isham), Nathaniel (Jodi Rivers), Molly Elfriech (Amelia), Johannah (Kevin McDaniel), Katherine Lois Rivers, Heather (Matt Pugh), Hana (Austin Denning), Kami (Michael Granade), Edwin Lee Daws, Joshua (Danielle Summers), Emily Summers (Zach Briglia) and Christian Summers (Daniel Summers); her sister-in-law Ora Dell Butler; and her close friend Eileen Curtis. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
