She was predeceased by: her parents, Cristobal Martinez and Juanita Martinez (Perez); her husband William Regis Palmer; and her brothers, Vinny and Jesse Martinez.
She is survived by: her children, Regis Palmer and Shannon Smith (Logan Frazier); and her siblings, Cristobal Martinez, Jr., Linda, Juanita and Molly. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 1 great-greatgrandchild.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Schneider Funeral Home (512 Main St, Mt Vernon, IN 47620). A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to Schneider Funeral Home, P.O. Box 785, Mt. Vernon, IN to help defray final expenses.
