She was predeceased by: her parent Martha Neal Waters (Utley); and her son David Rhoads. She is survived by: her children, Mark Rhoads and Susan Tucker (Aaron); her grandchildren, Nicole Tucker and Carson Tucker; her brothers, Roger Waters (Synda) and Walter Waters (Linda); and her nieces and nephews, Bryan Waters (Janelle), Robert Waters (Sandy), Savannah Axley (David) and Janelle Burton (Jordan). She is also survived by cousins and spouses.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Matthew Catholic Church, 421 Mulberry St., Mt. Vernon, IN or Posey County.
