He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys "Pete" Clark and Walter Clark; his children, William "Billy" Clark and Shannon Clark; his siblings, Juanita Schaeffer, Kenny Clark and Elaine King; his grandchildren, Heather Phillips Cain, Emma Creswell and Ethan Creswell; his great grandchild Duke Johnson; and his parents-in-law, Annie and Carl Hawkins.

He is survived by: his wife Sarah; his children, Cindy Reitz (Dave), Shawn Clark (Julie Gibbens), Inez Pfingston, Frank Davis (Tammy Riggs), Susan Conrad (Jeff Osborne), April Stewart, Siron Creswell (Andrea), Amber, Nevaeh, Shay, Dakota and Kaydence Clark; his siblings, Doris Crutchfield (Dwight Esche) and John Clark (Lori Schenk); and his pet Lucy. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and in-laws.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to defray funeral costs.
