He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Matt and Annie Kusturin (Veorster); his grandson Bentley Kusturin; and his siblings, Floyd "Cowboy" Kusturin and Terry Kusturin.
He is survived by: his sons, Andrew Kusturin (Lisa) and Austin Kusturin; his grandchildren, Adilynn, Kayson and Fallyn; and his brothers, Donald Kusturin (Debbie) and Rick Kusturin (Margaret). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
