He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Ann Hawley; his children, Marc E. Hawley (Linda), Thomas R. Hawley and Ellyn J. "Lynn" Dunn (Chris Pennock); and his stepchildren, Jody Giles (Tom) and Jeff Crumbacher. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to a favorite charity.
