He is survived by: his mother Marcella Louise Webber Nellis; his sister Tina Brakie (Tim); his girlfriend Trisha Levitt; his stepbrothers, Bernie Nellis (Stacy), Brian Nellis, Brandon Nellis (Stephanie), Bart Nellis (Tarah), John Brock and Jared Allred; his goddaughter Faith Brakie; his niece Paris Yates; and his nephews, Wyatt Brakie and Isaiah Combs.
