He was predeceased by: his father Alvin Howard; his son Randy Howard; and his sisters, Ruby Cullman, Louise Nichel, Linda Hook and Dorothy Castle.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Howard (Schwindel); his daughter Jenny Lynn Howard; and his siblings, Eddie Howard (Pam), Rick Howard (Jessica), Ethel Reeves and Lois Caron (Mike).
