He was predeceased by: his parents, Maxwell Bloodworth and Wanda Bloodworth (Cox); his niece Abi Bloodworth; his nephew Michael Lilleston; and his brother-in-law David Bethel.

He is survived by: his siblings, William Bloodworth (Marti), Dennis Bloodworth (Teresa), Jo Ann Lilleston, Donna Bethel and Debbie Guido (Phil); his nieces and nephews, Max Bloodworth (Kurt), Ben Bloodworth (Michelle), Sara Willett (Travis), Rebecca Bloodworth (Luke Potter), Michelle Gibson (Mark), Matt Lilleston (Sharmaine), Brian Bethel (Jody), Briana Ormes (Kenneth) and Andrew Guido; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Shelton, Lucas, Nathan Bloodworth, Avonlea, Thane, Ronan Willett, Michael Austin (Tori), Alex Austin (Chelsea), Ashley, Lindsey, Ryan, Kelsey Lilleston, Kale, Mason Ormes, London and Elliot Guido; and also, Abby and Adam Austin.
